‍Join Basin, David & Tilton Ponds Association - The core mission of the Basin David and Tilton Ponds Association is to work together with property owners, municipalities and the state to preserve and improve the water quality of the ponds and their supportive ecosystem.  Please consider joining BDTPA to follow the latest information on David Pond water level and opportunities to volunteer for the benefit of the three ponds in our area.

‍Kennebec Land Trust (KLT) easement for lots 32 & 33 - A conservation easement was established by the owner of lots 32 and 33 in 2012.

‍Road Maintenance Agreement - This is the agreement which that all lot owners sign. The amount of the annual fee can be adjusted by members.

‍Services & Reviews - Our association has established an online bulletin board where members can inform others of services/products/contractors we have engaged and if they are recommended (or not). 

‍Service Contracts

‍The “Patten White Book” - Original purchasers of land at Lake View Estates shortly before and after 1990 were presented with a white binder, approximately one inch thick, with information intended to help the buyers make an informed decision. Many subsequent buyers, however, did not receive this white binder of information. So, the pertinent sections have been scanned and preserved. 

‍Trash and Recycling - LEHA members use the receptacles on the Common Lot (lot 6) to dispose of trash and recycled materials.  During the winter months the receptacles are moved to the road for easier access. See important information regarding the rules for proper disposal of trash and recycling.

‍Water level on David Pond - This data is collected by Basin David Tilton Pondsd Association.

‍Water Quality Monitoring - 30 Mile River Watershed Association collects extensive data to track the health of our lakes and ponds. 

‍Watershed Survey Report (2012)- 30 Mile River Watershed Association produced this report.  A new survey will be conducted in the coming years.
