1. The LEHA Handbook contains information about the history of the association along with a map of the development, association policies, deeded restrictions, and association by-laws.  Information is also included about the Basin Pond Conservation Easement, DEP site location orders, buffer zones, mandatory driveway locations, and a list of E-911 address numbers. The By-Laws section of the handbook include the most recent changes that were unanimously passed at the annual meeting on July 29,2006.
   

The “White Book”

1. The "White Book" is an archive of information concerning the establishment of the development of Lake View Estates by the Patten Corporation. A thick binder with a white cover was given to all original owners.  We incorporated relevant information into the LEHA Handbook.  Other information is available in this document titled “Patten White Book”.   This document had the old by-laws included.  These pages were deleted to avoid any confusion.

Fayette Recycling Guidelines

1. Single Sort Recycling is finally here!  Please see the information below from Eco Maine.  Eco Maine has been receiving all recyclables from the Jay Transfer Station since Monday February 14, 2011. 
   
   This means no sorting of recycled material will be required of Fayette residents WE MUST STILL SEPARATE REGULAR TRASH from RECYCLED MATERIAL for our haulers.
   
   Please click on the link above and discover the expanded items that now can be recycled in Fayette.  Thank You for RECYCLING.
   

2. We need your help.  Please remember to use clear or white bags for trash.  Also, please refrain from leaving bulky waste at the trash site on the common lot.
